 Instituto Tecnológico de Cd. Victoria, Laboratorio de Zoología - Since 1998 the PEP has been working with laboratory head Dr. Francisco J. García de León on work related to cave biology. Dr. García de León's students have participated in PEP caving and aerial reconnaissance trips.

 Unión de Ejidos Forestales de Tamaulipas - This organization represents the ejidos of Los San Pedros, Conrado Castillo, Revilla, Yerbabuena, Puerto Purificación and others.  Municipio de Jaumave, Tamaulipas - The PEP has worked with the municipal environmental office since 1998, providing information about explorations and biology in Sótano de San Marcos and Ojo Encantado.  ITESM - In January 1999 Peter Sprouse gave a presentation on the PEP to the Tec caving group, following which the Tec cavers invited the PEP group out to El Picorete, where they all mapped the pit. Contact: Rubén Gutiérrez
